The Bridgestone Blizzak and the Michelin X-Ice are probably two of the best winter tires you can buy.. (my favourite before the ws90 was the General Arctic Altimax); the traction on snow, ice, and in the rain was amazing.. but is not as aggressive a winter tire as the ws90. The Michelin snow tire also outscored the Blizzak one in ride quality and noise.
